Arsaani Assist privacy policy
Effective 27 October 2026. Arsaani Assist is operated by Ibrahim Ahmad Mabroor (Arsaani). Contact: enhance@pxenhance.com.au.
Information used to provide the app
When you sign in, we use your account identifier, email address and available profile details to secure your workspace. We store the job briefs, addresses, contact details, instructions, contact memory, selected supplier information, call results, transcripts, recording references, scheduling choices and provider usage information you use with the app. Account-linked service status and error records help us diagnose failures and protect access. Where enabled, device notification or Live Activity routing tokens deliver call status updates. Provider credentials you save are stored encrypted on the server and used for the services you connect.
Microphone, contacts and photos
Microphone access is used when you start a voice note. Speech may be processed by Apple speech services or, where configured, a connected transcription provider such as Google Gemini. The app uses a native selected-contact picker rather than automatically uploading your whole address book. Selected names and numbers may be included in the reviewed call context. Optional photo text capture processes the selected image on the device; reviewed text can become part of your saved request.
Calls, AI and external services
Your reviewed call instructions, recipient number and relevant context are sent to the connected calling and AI services needed to fulfil your request. Depending on your configuration, these can include Vapi, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Deepgram, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Twilio, Crazytel and connected workflow services. Call audio and conversation text can be processed and retained by those services to provide calls, recordings and transcripts. Google Firebase provides authentication, server processing and data storage. Providers may process data outside Australia and apply their own retention terms. Do not include sensitive information unnecessary for the enquiry.
Purpose and protection
We use this information to authenticate you, generate reviewed instructions, carry out approved enquiries, save evidence, compare results, remember your reviewed context, manage usage and resolve failures. Account-based access controls restrict workspace information. No security system is infallible. The app does not include an advertising or cross-app tracking SDK in this release.
Retention and your choices
Saved job and call evidence remains available to your account until removed through an available control or an account/data deletion request is completed. Signing out or archiving a call does not delete it. Provider-held copies may follow separate retention rules. You can replace or remove saved provider credentials in Settings and revoke device permissions in iPhone Settings. In versions with account deletion enabled, open Settings → Your account or Privacy → Delete account, read the explanation and confirm your request. A saved request is not completed deletion; check its saved status. If that control is unavailable, or for access and correction, contact the support email. We verify account ownership before acting; legal obligations or unresolved disputes may require limited retention. We do not promise immediate deletion from third-party providers or backups.
Other people and recording
Only provide contact details, voice samples or information you are entitled to use. Follow applicable calling, recording, consent and disclosure requirements. The app is not an emergency service. Personal voice cloning and autonomous messaging are not represented as available in this release.
Updates and enquiries
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. For privacy questions or complaints, contact the email above.
